What's the difference between Ruby Gems Collection and Ruby's Palate?

Most FIG Wellness products fall under two mother brands: (1) Ruby Gems Collections and (2) Ruby’s Palate. 

Ruby Gems Collection are skincare and supplements that provides both health and beauty benefits. 

Ruby’s Palate, on the other hand, are food and drinks that are both delicious and healthy.

How to purchase FIG Wellness products?

For Philippines-based customers, kindly visit our FIG Wellness Shopee Store or Ruby’s Palate Shopee Store to place your order. Alternatively, we also have FIG Wellness Lazada Store and Ruby’s Palate Lazada Store.

For international-based customers, kindly go to our Website Shop to order our products. The delivery courier will be FedEx. For Asia-based customers, you can also place your oder at our FIG Wellness E-Jazmine Store.

Do you cater to customers residing outside of the Philippines?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for our Philippines-based customers. Kindly, visit our FIG Wellness Shopee Store or Ruby’s Palate Shopee Store, place your oder, and choose COD as your payment method.

Alternatively, we can also offer LBC COD. For this type of payment method, kindly message our FIG Wellness Facebook Page with the following information:

Can I pay using Bank Transfer instead?

Yes, we offer Bank Transfer for our Philippines-based customers. Kindly message our FIG Wellness Facebook Page with the following information:

After receiving the receipt total, transfer the funds to the following bank information and then send us the proof of payment:

  • Bank: BPI
  • Account Name: FIG Wellness & Products Distribution Services
  • Account Number: 004021-0153-72

Please note, some banks will not accept “FIG Wellness & Products Distribution Services” as the account name due to length issue. To resolve this concern, kindly use “FIG Wellness” as the account name instead.
